“After graduating from the program I immediately started bartending in a local night club. I have since settled in Kelowna, BC to start my newest adventure at a new local hotspot called The Curious Cafe. We are currently beginning the plans to open a secret 1920’s style speak easy in the back of The Curious.

The knowledge I gained from the Bartending instructors and the program has brought me so many new adventures and I cannot thank you all enough for it.

I use the skills and techniques Ezio taught me in practical every day. The bar cost control skills I learned with Marc have impressed all of my managers, and I am getting deeper into the world of Oenology again working with a Sommelier at the restaurant. The knowledge I gained from Eva’s class has helped me contribute to many conversations rather than just listen. I have also made some intricate cocktails with my molecular knowledge that I hope to incorporate into the speakeasy.“
