Student Experience – Organizational Quality Management

Contribute in many areas of quality management

The Organizational Quality Management program at Algonquin College prepares students to be significant contributors in many areas of quality management. The primary focus is on the technical aspects that enable students to use appropriate tools for identifying, analyzing and recommending quality improvement initiatives. The secondary focus is on addressing quality issues from a business perspective. Students learn how to integrate quality initiatives in the existing business framework by assessing business processes from a quality perspective and developing quality processes that support day-to-day and strategic business plans.

Graduates are eligible to write the certification exams for a number of professional designations sponsored by the American Society for Quality (ASQ)
