WEEKLY SCHEDULE (formerly CSI)
Faculty must ensure that a Weekly Schedule (formerly CSI) document is created for each section being taught. The Weekly Schedule must be available to students, and uploaded to COMMS. Faculty members without a role in COMMS should consult with their Program Coordinator or Chair regarding how the Weekly Schedule is to be uploaded to COMMS.
As outlined in Academic Policy AA26, course outlines and weekly schedule document the curriculum at the course level. More specifically, weekly schedules detail how the course outline is implemented with a specific group of learners within the context of a particular section. Various Templates are available and customized to different course modalities, including hybrid. These can be accessed through the Learning & Teaching Services website: Weekly Schedule | Learning and Teaching Services (LTS)

The process for uploading completed Weekly Schedule documents (formerly CSI) continues as follows:
- upload to Brightspace by the individual faculty and
- upload to COMMS (Weekly Schedules for all sections offered) by Course Owner/Coordinators
