Food Services Says “Good-bye” to Plastic Cutlery
In efforts to reduce plastic waste, Food Services has made the switch to birch cutlery in five of seven Food Services locations. Food Services and the Campus bookstore is also offering reusable cutlery for purchase in the move toward sustainability. We have also taken strides within our catering and banquet services.
- Plastic Cutlery are no longer served for banquets.
- Plastic Cutlery will no longer be offered at Bits n Bytes (T Building), Portable Feast (B Building), 35th Street Market Café (Residence building), Marketplace Food Court (D Building), and The Fix (CA Building).
