Our Meal Plans work on a declining balance system using your AC Card. When you purchase your Meal Plan, food dollars are deposited into your ‘Meal Plan account’. Then, simply present your AC Card to the cashier at any of the available locations to eat on campus. The appropriate food dollars will be deducted from your ‘Meal Plan account’.

This depends on your appetite! Breakfast can be anywhere between $5-$8, lunch $7-$12, and dinner $10-$13. Throw in a snack and the daily total can range from $22 – $35. To determine what Meal Plan is right for you, calculate what you feel you would spend on campus and multiply that by 115 (the number of class days during the academic year). Please note this does not include weekends.

Reporting a lost or stolen card to Card Services immediately is important. If your AC Card is linked to a Meal Plan, it is important to report a lost or stolen card immediately to Food Services (613.727.4723 x7615) or login to Your Account and deactivate your card. They will automatically invalidate the card to prevent fraud.

Please Contact Us if you require a replacement card. Please note, there is a $25 fee to get a replacement card.

You may view your transactions or add additional funds through AC Cash.

Students (and parents) can add funds to your meal plan online at anytime using AC Cash. or by using our Flywire page. Cash payments can be coordinated by contacting mealplans@algonquincollege.com.

• If you have a residence Light Term plan, those funds must be used within the term paid for. 
• Any funds remaining on the Regular or Premium Term Plans could qualify for a refund. Please reach out to mealplans@algonquincollege.com to have your account reviewed.
