Make sure you are entering your information correctly and try resetting your password using the button on the login screen. If that does not work, email mealplans@algonquincollege.com with your name, student number, and the problem you are having, including error messages and screenshots if possible. 

We would be happy to fix your order should something be incorrect at pickup. Should you have an issue with your order after you leave the area, please call 613-727-4723 ex 2206. 

You can cancel your order up to 30 minutes before your scheduled pick up. If it is within 30 minutes of your pickup time, we cannot guarantee that any or all purchases will be able to be refunded. 

You can purchase additional items when you go to the location to pick up your prepaid order. Just remember to show your receipt at the cash area to inform the cashier that your prepaid mobile order item is not part of the new order.
