Public Safety

Whether you see yourself as a paramedic, firefighter or working in community and justice services, our programs are built for those ready to serve and support others while strengthening safer, stronger communities. As a Public Safety student, you’ll engage in hands‑on learning such as simulations, role play, and scenario‑based practice, building practical skills and confidence in realistic settings that prepare you for real‑world response.

1 Level Designed in response to industry demand, these flexible programs develop targeted skills and knowledge for a defined range of activities in a specific field of study.
1 Year Develop the foundational skills and knowledge needed to perform a defined range of tasks within a specific field.
2 Years Prepare for a specific field with a broad base of study that supports multiple career pathways and areas of specialization.
4 Years Combine theoretical learning with hands-on experience through opportunities such as co-op, applied research, or work-integrated learning.
1-2 Years Build on your post-secondary education and gain a competitive edge with a focused, high-demand specialization.
