- Analyze clinical reasoning and interpret into best practices to assist others in the development of these skills.
- Employ and promote reflective practice strategies for establishment of lifelong learning.
- Facilitate transition of new roles or challenges through appropriate conflict resolution strategies.
Introduction
This module will attempt to explain clinical reasoning and its effects on our learning environment, promote reflective practice as a mode to expand clinical reasoning in the learner and sustain best practices in every situation. A review of conflict resolution strategies will tie up the end of our preceptor education learning course.
