Microsoft Office 365 (Staff)

The College provides all staff and Faculty with an account on Microsoft Office 365. This system provides a common email platform with a central directory of all College staff accounts, a more user friendly mail account alias based on the users first and last names, remote access, and support for Smart phones.

Staff accounts are maintained for the duration of their employment at the College and are expected to be used for all official correspondence at the College. Clients may also request shared mailboxes for specific department functions. The system also provides calendar services for individuals, groups and common resources such as meeting rooms as well as shareable task list management and notes.

Facilities exist to manage mailing lists and bulk mail distribution on request. Distribution lists are maintained for many of the most common mailing groups. Access is restricted to mailing lists based on requirements.
