If you plan to take the IELTS test, it’s best to register early as tests may fill up several weeks in advance. Registration for IELTS on Computer tests closes either when seats are full or three days prior to the test. Please note that no refunds are given for no-shows, transfers or cancellations within 1 week of the test date. Cancellations or transfers with more than 7 days notice are subject to a $75 administration fee.

Tests may fill up weeks in advance, so it is best to register as soon as possible. The booking portal is updated immediately when a test date is full. There is no need to contact the IELTS test centre to confirm if a test date is still available. The booking system is always up-to-date and accurate.

Fees

The price for an IELTS on Computer test is $346.00 in Ottawa.

What to bring

The only forms of identification that are accepted are a valid passport or Canadian Permanent Resident Card. We also accept Refugee Claimant documents. If you do not have one of these forms of identification, please contact at us at ielts@algonquincollege.com before registering.

Important: You MUST have the original identification you used when registering for the test in hand on test day. Otherwise, you will not be permitted to take the test and you will forfeit your test fee.
