Click the “Hybrid Weekly Schedule Template” below to download a modifiable template. It includes college closures for the Fall 2025 term, but can easily be repurposed for other terms by deleting that text and changing the dates for each week.

Hybrid Weekly Schedule Exemplar
Here are some details to look for within it:
- Each week includes details for what students are expected to do during the hybrid hour.
- Hybrid hour content is varied throughout the semester; it does not include reading an online source every week nor a weekly quiz.
- Some of the hybrid activities are for marks, some are not. Most of the activities (e.g., watching a video) need to be completed before the class so that students can participate in a group active learning activity.
- Assessment due dates are listed (and these would be also included within Brightspace).
- The “Other Important Information” and the “Statement on Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI)” have been completed. This should align with the other courses within the program to promote consistent expectations.
