Food Handler
Course: FOD5700
The one-day food handler course teaches safe food handling principles and practices. Candidates achieving 70% or higher on their exam are awarded a provincially recognized certificate, valid for 5 years, recommended for employment in the food industry.

Please note: Sections 561 (May 30) and 551 (June 26) will be delivered on campus at the Woodroffe campus and Sections 562 (July 18) and 521 (August 18) will be delivered virtually in an interactive setting utilizing videoconferencing and an online proctored exam. Students will require access to video on a desktop, laptop, tablet or phone.
