Orientation Week

The support doesn’t stop after AC Day 1. During the first week of the term, there are a variety of activities and support booths ready to welcome you and get you set up for success at Algonquin College.

AC Card and U-Pass Service Centre

New students who require their AC Card and U-Pass can submit their photo for their card at acphoto.algonquincollege.com. Once a photo has been submitted and approved, students can pick up their card from the Card Services Centre located in Card Services Office (Room E120).
*Note: You must submit photo first at acphoto.algonquincollege.com and wait for approval email with instructions to pick up card.

  • Monday, May 11: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Tuesday, May 12: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Wednesday, May 13: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Thursday, May 14: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Friday, May 15: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

ITS Network Support Drop-In Booths

Get on-the-spot tech support for connecting to the college’s Wifi, downloading software, accessing ACSIS and Brightspace, and more!
