Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing frontline client service, supporting scheduling needs, handling document submissions, managing basic accounting tasks, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. This position offers flexible working hours.

The successful candidate may have the opportunity to pursue and obtain a real estate license if interested.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.

Greet walk-in clients with professionalism and courtesy.

Schedule appointments and maintain accurate calendars.

Prepare and send purchase/sale agreements to lawyers for review.

Utilize accounting software to pay bills and process commissions.

Perform general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with accounting software (training can be provided).

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.
