Job Description

We are looking for a versatile, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented individual to support the day-to-day operations of our denture clinic. This role offers a dynamic blend of responsibilities, including digital scanning and printing, room preparation, sterilization, and front desk support. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and eager to work in a patient-centered, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Office administration and reception support (Answering telephone, receiving payments & issuing receipts, scheduling and telephone communication, managing patient records)
• Additional administrative support as needed.
• Help maintain smooth front office workflow and positive patient experiences.
• Use of digital processes in denture fabrication – scanning of impressions and models, digital print production
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment (scanners, printers, etc.).
• Accurately manage digital case documentation and file organization.
• Lab support – All lab functions relating to the fabrication of dentures.
• Turn around rooms efficiently between appointments, including disinfection and general light cleaning.
• Assist in preparing operatories for patient procedures.
• Provide chairside assistance when needed.
• Ensure proper sterilization of dental instruments and adherence to infection control protocols.
• Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
• Be open to learning new digital techniques, software, and processes.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
• Communicate effectively with both clinical staff and patients.

Qualifications:
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Previous experience in a dental office or support role is an asset.
• Experience with digital workflows (scanning/printing) is an asset.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with technology.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Conditions:
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Capable of working under pressure.
• Repetitive tasks and physical activity, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills required.
• Must adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Fast-paced clinical environment; must be able to prioritize and adapt.

Hourly wage: Between $20 – $25 per hour
Full-Time Position with 37 – 40 working hours per week.
