Job Description
Position Summary:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for the firm and plays a key role in delivering a welcoming and professional client experience. This position involves managing incoming communications, supporting office operations, and assisting with general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Open and distribute mail and courier packages
Maintain reception area and meeting rooms in a clean, organized state
Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Assist with client file management and document preparation as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training an asset
Previous experience in a professional office setting preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
Professional demeanor, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
