Job Description
Bartender
Summary: The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Key Duties:
Mix and serve drinks following standard recipes.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware and equipment.
Process customer payments accurately (Clover POS system – cash, debit, credit).
Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed.
Adhere to all provincial laws and regulations regarding the service of alcohol (e.g., Smart Serve certification is required/an asset).
Skills Required/Assets: Customer service, cash handling, attention to detail, and a valid Smart Serve certification.
