Role: Production Operator

Employment Type: permanent, full-time, 40 hours/week
Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4 PM (Monday – Friday)
Location: Onsite (Barry’s Bay)

About the Role
The Production Operator is responsible for operating various manufacturing equipment, including grinders, presses, and evaporators, to process raw materials into semi-finished goods. This role involves maintaining process records, ensuring compliance with SOPs and GMP standards, and participating in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives.
The position requires strong attention to detail and requires the ability to be flexible, multitask, and capable of working under pressure. Physical requirements include lifting heavy items and standing for long periods.
