Compensation & Schedule
• $18–$25 per hour
• 20 hours per week (Monday–Saturday)
• Must have a cell phone
• Must have a truck
Reports To: Director of Operations
Position Summary
The Junk Removal Supervisor / Driver leads a 2–3 person crew to complete scheduled junk removal projects as assigned. This role ensures all jobs are performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest company standards. The Supervisor / Driver is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining punctual project timelines, and overseeing quality control from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise a 2–3 person removal team on assigned jobs
• Drive and maintain a truck in a safe and responsible manner
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients at every job site
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely and properly
• Process customer payments and issue receipts
• Accurately report job details
• Document job completion and quality control according to company procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients, landlords and the central booking team
• Submit landfill receipts for weekly reimbursement
• Maintain efficiency while upholding high workmanship standards
Qualifications & Requirements
• Valid Class G driver’s license
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labour daily
• Experience driving with a utility trailer (preferred)
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work extended hours when required
• Must provide own vehicle
