Job Title: Carpenter / Apprentice Carpenter – Done-Right Construction & Renovations Inc.
Location: Pembroke & surrounding area

Role Overview:
We are seeking motivated Carpenters and Apprentice Carpenters to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on rough carpentry, framing, and general construction work. Candidates will work under the guidance of experienced lead carpenters and foremen on custom homes and premium renovation projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist with site preparation, framing, and rough carpentry
Read and interpret construction drawings with supervision
Install structural components including floors, walls, and roof systems
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Support the crew with daily construction tasks and tool/equipment use
Follow all safety protocols (WHMIS, Working at Heights, PPE required)
Qualifications:
Enrolled in or graduate of a Carpentry/Construction program (Algonquin College or equivalent)
Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and reliability
Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction
Own basic hand tools and safety boots
Valid G driver’s license an asset
