Aug 1, 2023-updated listing to indicate “6 bedroom house” at landlords request. SN Aug 28-full.Will re-list for January when notified by landlord. SN

Sep 13, 2023– re-listed for January 2024 at landlord’s request. SN Oct 17, 2023-room available now per landlord. SN Oct 23, 2023-updated listing to remove “cable, dishwasher,air cond., available Jan 1” from listng at landlord’s request. SN

Nov 23, 2023-updated listing to add Available Jan ’24, change rent to $745, and note that the available bedroom has a private bath. SN Dec 1, 2023-landlord says room is available now and to amend the listing accordingly. SN

Jan 23, 2023-one room available March 1st & 2 rooms available September per landlord. SN Feb 7, 2024– Listing Removed per JB. Direct landlord to JB if he calls. SN

Feb 26-2024-JB talked with landlord and instructed that listing be re-instated but being aware that if other complaints are received his listing may be in jeopardy of permanent removal. SN
