Concerned about a student? The CARE Team provides faculty, staff, or students with guidance on how to refer students to the most appropriate resources and supports.

Referral Process
Referral Process
- The Referring person completes the online form
- The team is notified and briefly reviews and triages the referral
- The Team meets weekly to discuss referrals and appropriate responses
- The referring person receives an email outlining any next steps that can be offered and disclosed
