Registered CES clients can become a Certified Food Handler. This Food Handler Certification Online Course is divided into 10 modules, each module has a series of lessons. Throughout the course, you will be engaged and retain what you’ve learned with:

Food Safety Law in Ontario
Every operator of a food service premise must ensure at least one employee on every shift has a valid Food Handler Certificate. This Food Handler course provides an accepted Food Handlers Certificate and is government-approved. This Food Handler Certificate will be valid for five years in Ontario and Canada.
