Registrar’s Office

I have provided tech support for the Registrar’s Office (among others!) since I started here at the college as a co-op student.

Over this almost 14 year timeframe, I have come to appreciate the consistent help that Nicole provides to me, the technician, in efficiently expediting the completion of my tasks for the Registrar’s Office.  She is invariably familiar with the wide ranging specifics, people and systems in general, thus reducing the amount of time required on my part to ferret out information and determine the correct course of action. I can get right down to the job at hand, and implement the necessary procedures, installations etc. in a consistent fashion.

This not only applies to day to day "simple" work-orders, but also projects such as department-wide machine updates and moves. She keeps detailed information regarding college inventory (bar codes and owners) so that pinpointing assets, staff and locations is easy.  Nicole is always willing to lend a hand wherever possible and interacts with staff in a friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner. To me personally and professionally, these are invaluable attributes to have here at the college.
