We are very proud to put forward Christine Brennan’s name for consideration of a Star Award.

Christine is the key component to plan and execute major corporate events that exemplify the core values and true spirit of Algonquin College. Without her passion, expertise, and unwavering dedication to the College,  events wouldn’t be the finely-tuned reflection of the college as they are today. Her laser-focused attention-to-detail ensures no element goes unchecked and all stakeholders are satisfied and well served, by the events department.

That is just Christine on an ordinary day. Today we want to recognize her over-the-top effort to pull together the Flash Mob presentation for the President’s 2011 BBQ. Quietly she worked her magic and sought out “want to be stars” to participate in an energetic display of song and dance. She was always a leader at the “top-secret” rehearsals and her enthusiasm encouraged others to come out of their shell and really get dancing.

Kudos to Christine for her effort to highlight team spirit at Algonquin College!
