Jennifer Kennedy is an exceptional candidate for the President’s Star Award because of the outstanding contribution she has made as the Marketing Officer for the Facutly of Health, Public Safety & Community Studies.

Jennifer consistently demonstrates a high level of commitment and dedication both in her marketing and recruiting responsiblities. She brings fantastic creativity and “outside the box” thinking to all her marketing endeavours and initiatives. She is constantly looking for innovative ways to market her programs and eagerly embraces new technology in all areas of her work.

When Jennifer conducts tours and meets with prospective students, she goes above and beyond what is expected to customize their visits in order to meet their unique needs. She ensures that they leave the campus well informed and excited about the tremendous benefits and rewards associated with becoming students of Algonquin College.

Jennifer is a team player with an incredible work ethic who has earned the respect of management, faculty and staff. I have had the great pleasure of working with Jennifer for the past three years and I am continually impressed by her passion, professionalism, and exemplary interpersonal and communication skills.

Whether she is hosting program information nights to ensure “right fit” , mentoring advertsing students, researching new marketing strategies, her enthusiasm and dedication to excellence is inspiring.
