How to Pay
Once you’ve been accepted, log in to ACSIS and select ‘account balance‘ in order to view your full tuition fee and pay with a credit card. Log in using your student number. If you do not make the payment within 2 business days after receiving your acceptance email, your seat will be released to the next apprentice on the list.
What is ACSIS?
ACSIS (the Algonquin College Student Information System) represents an online version of the Registrar’s Office. It is your one-stop shop for admissions-related information, available 20 hours (closed from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m.) a day.

Withdrawing
To withdraw from an apprenticeship program, students must email apprentice@algonquincollege.com stating that they are withdrawing from their program. Please include “Withdraw” in the subject line. The email must also include the student’s full name, student number, program name, level, and the program’s start and end dates.
