iCareXR is an AI-powered mobile healthcare assistant that helps healthcare professionals quickly access patient information and verify medications through a simple, hands-free interface. By reducing time spent navigating records, iCareXR aims to improve workflow efficiency, increase time for direct patient care, and help reduce medication errors. The app runs each check through a multi-agent AI pipeline and presents its findings for the nurse to confirm. The nurse remains the final decision-maker at every step. Our Android prototype demonstrates the potential of AI and mobile technology to enhance healthcare experiences. In the future, support for XR glasses are intended to enable fast real-time monitoring and communication within high-stakes environments where a hand-held device may be insufficient.
