All activities in the Spiritual Centre are open to everyone, students and staff, unless otherwise stated. All dates and times are subject to change.
Hours of operation: The Spiritual Centre will be open Monday-Friday, between 8 am-8 pm. The Centre will be closed on weekends.

InterVarsity’s The Alpha Course (E204) • 6:30 pm-8:30 pm

Alpha is a film-series that explores the basics of the Christian faith. Each session looks at a different question around faith. A free hot meal is provided, followed by the film and then discussion together. This course will start the last week of January and wrap up the end of March. All are welcome!

Unplugged: Disconnect to Reconnect with Yourself through Yoga (E204) • 10 am-11 am

Join us for a drop-in Chair Yoga class on Fridays. This gentle yoga practice is accessible to all. Chairs and yoga mats will be provided, and participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during the session. No previous yoga experience is necessary; all are welcome. We hope to see you there!

Friday (Jumuʿah in Arabic) is the holy day for Muslims. Jumuʿah comes from the same root word as gather and congregation. On Fridays, Muslims attend a special prayer in the afternoon called the Jumuʿah prayer.
Jummah Prayer services will take place in the Old Gym (Room A120, 1st Floor, A Building) every week except for following dates:

Last term we studied the Gospel of Luke together leading us to continue studying his sequel, the book of Acts. We take time to read, observe, ask questions and discuss each week. No previous knowledge of the Bible is required to participate. All are welcome! Light snacks provided.
NOTE: Once a month, we will meet same time and place to worship and pray together instead of our Bible study.
