Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW) is an annual Algonquin College education campaign designed to help open the eyes of students and employees to the benefits of staying mentally healthy. Join us for a variety of events from January 28 to February 1.

The Royal

10am-1pm at Savoir Fare
The Royal‘s purpose is to get more people living with mental illness into recovery faster. Swing by Savoir Fare to talk to a representative from the Royal about the many services they provide!

AC Purple Couch

10am-1pm in J/N Link
The AC Purple Couch is a place for starting conversations about mental health. Take a seat and start the conversation with our Health Promoters!

Wind Down Friday: Get Zen with Live Music ft. Elmsley

1pm-3pm in the AC Hub (2nd Floor, Student Commons)
Join us for an afternoon of relaxing activities like bracelet-making, board games, colouring, and more, as you enjoy live music provided by Elmsley.
