Nutrition Month

Mar 01, 2021 - Mar 31, 2021

March is Nutrition Month! Healthy eating looks different for everyone. Learning how to adjust recipes to meet your needs can help you eat in a way that works for you. Health Services and the Health Promotion Team want to help you make mindful decisions when it comes to your eating habits, taking into consideration your cultural food preferences, budget-friendly choices, and other factors.

Join them this month in learning about eating on budget, nutritious recipe choices, healthy swaps, and more!
