World Sleep Day Contest – Deadline March 17

World Sleep Day is March 18! As we know, sleep is a pillar of mental health and the basis for maintaining overall health. To celebrate this day, Health Services will be giving away a fantastic Sleep Kit to one lucky winner. All you have to do to enter is submit your response to this prompt: ‘What is your sleep routine?”

A sleep routine is the series of activities you do as you prepare to go to bed. This may include 1. Showering, 2. Brushing your teeth 3. Preparing meals for the next day 4. Checking weather. 5. Making a to-do list for school or work, etc. So, share your sleep routine for a chance to win!

Submissions close at 11:59pm on Thursday, March 17, 2022. On Friday, March 18, the Health Services team will randomly select one person who entered the contest. The winner will be contacted through email and with the winner’s consent, their submission can be shared with the college community.
