Beat the Blues: Mental Health Awareness Week!

Jan 19, 2026 - Jan 23, 2026

January can feel heavy— but you are not alone. Blue Monday is often called the “saddest day of the year.” And as we move toward Bell Let’s Talk Day, it’s the perfect time to remind ourselves: mental health matters, and conversations make a difference.

This week is about coming together, supporting one another, and building a community where everyone feels seen and heard. Let’s take this opportunity to connect, share, and remind each other that we’re stronger together. Check out the programming below:

  • Students’ Association Services Fair – 12 pm – E Building: Stop by the SA Services Fair to explore all the ways we support your wellbeing—in and out of the classroom.
