Managing and Understanding Anxiety

Attend these sessions to explore Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques that can help you calm your body, work through anxious thoughts, and face anxiety with confidence.

Important Group Details:

  • Meetings will take place on October 1, October 8, and October 15, between 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
  • To sign up, visit the Welcome Centre (3rd Floor, E Building). Please arrive 5-10 minutes before start time.
  • Only 8 spots are available each session, so it is first-come, first-served.
  • Students are not required to attend all 3 sessions. Each session will be self-contained and students can pick the date(s) that work for them.

  • October 15: Facing Anxiety & Living Your Life
