Online Lunchtime Yoga

As a new semester starts, it’s important to remember that taking care of your mental and physical health is essential at this time. To help ease some stress and anxiety, join our free yoga every Monday from 12:05pm – 12:50pm starting September 13!

These relaxing sessions are open to students and employees. No experience necessary.

All attendees will receive an email with the Zoom link once they register.
