Wind Down Friday: Spread some Kindness!

Join us in the AC Hub for a creative drop-in event where we’ll assemble Kindness Kits and write personalized welcome cards for new students joining the Algonquin College community! These kits will be distributed on AC Day 1 as a thoughtful way to spread kindness, build connection and help new students feel welcomed and supported as they begin their college journey.
Whether you choose to write a few words of encouragement, share a motivational quote, offer advice from your own experience or simply wish someone a great first day, your message has the power to make a meaningful first impression. Small acts of kindness can help ease first-day nerves, create a sense of belonging and remind new students that they are part of a welcoming and supportive campus community.
Drop in anytime during the event to lend a hand. All supplies will be provided, including everything needed to assemble the kits and create your personalized welcome card. Bring your creativity, your positive energy and help us give Algonquin College’s newest students a warm and memorable welcome to campus.
Open to all current Algonquin College students. No registration is required.
