Work Integrated Learning

In the Developmental Services Worker program at Algonquin College you gain experience in schools, group homes, day programs and other community agencies through your field placements in the first year of your studies. Graduates are subsequently employed in a variety of these settings, teaching life skills, supporting employment, promoting health and well-being, and building inclusive communities.
