It is a beautiful time of year, the vibrant colours, the crisp Fall air. As the seasons change, what better time to stop and reflect on all the wonderful things this change can bring. During these challenging times, it can be difficult to focus on the positive things in our lives and our emotional wellbeing can be impacted.
“Emotional wellness” refers to our ability to process feelings in a healthy, positive way and manage the stress of everyday life. October 1 marks the start

The Wellness and Abilities Team have created a calendar with some fun actives and great resources to challenge yourself over the next 30 days.
Take charge of your emotional wellness by being present and taking action towards stress reduction, self-care and maintaining your inner strength. Make a commitment to take time and focus on YOUR wellbeing!
