Payroll Donations

Every day, Algonquin College employees across all departments demonstrate their exceptional dedication to students and the communities we serve.

Many employees choose to expand their support for students by donating part of their pay to the College. These payroll donations may be of any amount ($5 minimum) and can be made once or set up to recur with each paycheque.

Why make payroll donations

The College has a wide variety of featured funds making a positive difference in the lives of our students. Employees can direct their payroll donations to one of these high-impact funds.

Joining is simple, convenient, and tax deductible. Your annual contribution will appear directly on your T4 slip.

After submitting the payroll donation form on Workday, we will review your form and send you a thank-you note to confirm the donation.
