Md Irteza Chowdhury’s journey to graduation reflects determination, community support, and steady career growth. After arriving from Bangladesh in 2023, he completed two graduate certificates in Business Intelligence System Infrastructure and Artificial Intelligence Software Development. Alongside his studies, he built professional skills through resume workshops, mock interviews, one‑on‑one advising, and mentorship opportunities offered by the Co‑op and Career Centre and the International Education Centre. These experiences helped him navigate the Canadian job market, strengthen his communication abilities, and gain confidence in presenting his skills.

His four‑month co‑op with the Public Health Agency of Canada developed into a full‑time role supporting digital technology projects, artificial intelligence initiatives, and emergency response operations. As he crossed the stage, Irteza reflects on the learning environment that shaped his success and encourages future students to start building their skills early.
