Co-op Student Salary Guidelines

Pay rates vary depending on the employer, the student’s program of study, and market conditions. By law, employers are required to pay the provincial hourly minimum wage however, many employers may choose to pay the market rate for their respective co-op position(s), as this will help attract the top co-op students. Ultimately salary is determined by the employer, however, we have provided statistics below to provide a sample of co-op student salaries from Algonquin College.
