Class Representative Award Nomination Form
Criteria
This award is designed to acknowledge and reward a student who is deemed to be the most deserving class representative of those who are nominated by their classmates. The Class Representative Award will be selected for each of the three Algonquin College campuses (Ottawa, Perth, and Pembroke).
The award will be given to an individual who:
- Has had excellent attendance at Forum meetings (verified by the Students’ Association).
- Is nominated by two (2) classmates.
- Consistently took time to report back to the class on issues discussed at Forum.
- Is deemed to have represented the concerns of his or her class in a conscientious manner.
- Is deemed to have contributed to making improvements in some aspect of his or her program’s operation.
The award consists of a certificate and a monetary award in the amount of $500.
