Algonquin College Entrance Bursaries

Starting a new program can be exciting, but the costs of studying can be scary. That’s why Algonquin College will offer entrance bursaries for students who apply early and show financial need.

Students who confirm their admission offer in level 1 of any program and who also apply early for OSAP will automatically receive a $500 entrance bursary!

Who is eligible for an entrance bursary?

To receive an entrance bursary automatically, you must:

  • Be admitted to any full-time program of study at Algonquin College
  • Start level 1 full-time in September 2025 or January 2026
  • Be eligible to receive full-time OSAP and have an OSAP assessment of at least $1 of need for your level 1 studies
  • Follow all regular admission and enrolment policies and procedures
