Last year – our inaugural year – we had over 500 attendees and numerous cyber security high technology companies participating. In a post-event survey, over 84% of attendees stated that they would either definitely or likely return. Here are some of the comments we received following:

  • “The overall look and feel of the event was so professional and flawlessly executed! From marketing to the actual venue chosen, everything was brilliant!”
  • “As the “first ever”, I think you ticked off all the right boxes. They layout of the exposition area was nicely located…The student volunteers were wonderful – all pumped full of energy and positive vibes!”
  • “Overall organization and personal commitment of all personnel involved was inspiring. Please, don’t lose this sort of spirit and passion in the future!”
  • “It’s surprising that this was the first rendition of this event when everything was this well-organized. Wonderful job! The number and variety of industry speakers who held high positions was impressive! Each professional presented on a clear unique topic that complemented each other’s’ in a way that didn’t require much information to be repeated. The prizes were also impressive as well!”
  • “I was really happy with the presenters, I thought they all did an excellent job.”
  • “Good location, good parking to the event.”
  • “Venue was fantastic. It was modern (which fit the topic) and vibrant with activity. Vendors/Exhibitors: this was a great opportunity for everyone to do some networking, and for students to learn more about this industry. Food was absolutely delicious and the “menu” seemed carefully selected.”

This year, we have doubled the size of the event and added our inaugural Cyber Security and Privacy Dinner.
