PROGRAM: DAY 1

This year’s event is even bigger and better than ever!

  • Two full days of enlightening talks, panels and technical demonstrations,
  • Technical demonstrations included on the (first) Industry Trends day,
  • Youth arts-based, cyber-privacy-security themed performances including, a live band, dance performances and comedy/drama skits,
  • Semi-formal dinner for Information Security and Privacy practitioners held at Algonquin College’s Restaurant International.

Each day is a very full one in order to maximize the number of talks. The Registration and Information desk opens at 7:30 A.M. The Trade Show and Job Fair opens at 8:00 A.M. The Theatre doors open at 8:00 A.M. and the Event begins at 8:30 A.M (9 A.M. on Day 2). Please note that food and drinks are not permitted in the Theatre, as per a general Theatre policy. Water is permitted. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

The day ends at 4:30 P.M., then the Technology Prizes are drawn. Prizes are drawn at the end of Day 1. To win you must be present and have a ticket. A ticket will be provided to you upon registration.

The VIP Cocktails, Wine and Cheese hour begins at 5:30 P.M. (invitation only). The Cyber Security and Privacy Dinner, sponsored by Cisco, begins at 6:30 P.M.

There are no charge Refreshment and Networking breaks morning and afternoon as well as a no charge Lunch break.
