On-Campus Housing (Ottawa)
Algonquin College has an on-campus residence for students attending classes at the Ottawa (Woodroffe) campus. The benefits of living in residence include all-inclusive fees, convenience, security, prepared meals available, and access to social events and programming.
The Residence on the Ottawa Campus houses 1,036 students in two-bedroom suites. Each suite features two separate, fully-furnished bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a shared kitchenette. Meal plans are mandatory for first-year residents. Costs vary based on meal plan options and the number of terms required. View residence costs here.
Residence fees include:
- Telephone service
- Utilities
- Internet access
- Cable television
- Access to lounges, games rooms, on-site fitness room, study lounges, multiple kitchens and laundry facilities
Students are encouraged to submit a Residence application as early as possible, as offers of Residence are given on a first-come, first-served basis. A mandatory $75.00 non-refundable fee is due for all application submissions.
