Mexico	Mexican Summer Spanish Immersion Course	Participants are encourages to immerse themselves in the local culture through academic and extracurricular activities at the university. Santa Catarina, Brazil	Unisul –University of Southern Santa Catarina	The UnisulVirtual’s Blended Program of Brazilian Portuguese and Culture introduces the student to the Portuguese language spoken and written in Brazil, according to the skills and competencies of the levels A1, A2 and B1 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, and prepares students for Celpe-Bras proficiency test (official test of proficiency in Portuguese, in Brazil). The curriculum is especially designed for undergraduate and graduate foreign students and researchers, who are coming to Brazil to live in a university environment and want to take extension, master or PhD courses in the country, or integrate research teams. The program offers five learning units, and the student can choose which and how many attend. After all, you can participate in intensive presential courses during summer or winter vacations. Paris	EFAP – PARIS BORDEAUX	Summer School 2018 – EFAP Summer School offers a combo program in Paris and Bordeaux providing international students with an exciting opportunity to take communication courses in English and experience French culture first hand. During our Summer School, we organize cultural activities, giving students the chance to discover the regions of Paris and Bordeaux and the opportunity to make the most of this unique experience.
Indonasia	International Week – Yogyakarta, Indonesia	Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta, Indonesia will host an event “International Week 2016” on August 8-19, 2016, which is open for international students. The topic of the event is ASEAN Business Environment and the event itself consists of lectures, discussions, company visit and cultural event. Please find attached the event poster for information on registration and program fee.
Ulyanovsk, Russia	Ulyanovsk State University Summer Program	USU – Cross-Cultural Interaction Summer Program \| USU invites students and teachers of foreign institutes of higher learning to tape part in the summer academic programs yearly arranged by the university in the period from May until August (as agreed with an institute of higher learning – a program participant).
	Global Projects	Global Projects are an initiative where participants volunteer their time and give back in a variety of capacities through partnerships between the AC Hub, Algonquin Students’ Association, and not-for-profit organizations across the world. At Algonquin College, we encourage students to be active citizens who are engaged not just with their school, but also with the world around them. Global Projects are open to current students, recent alumni, and staff/faculty at the Ottawa, Perth, Pembroke campuses.
