Intended Users Partners from various College departments, serving as report requestors, report owners, subject matter experts, stakeholders, or report users.
Service Requirements Report request must meet the criteria for an Enterprise BI Report.

Service Performance Levels Maximum 30 business days to complete requirements gathering.

Maximum 30 business days to develop, test, and deliver the report (after receiving complete and clear requirements)
