Five Honorary Degrees to be Awarded at Algonquin College Spring 2025 Convocation

OTTAWA (May 6, 2025) — Claude Brulé, President and CEO of Algonquin College, announced today the honorary degree recipients for the College’s Spring Convocation ceremonies. Five distinguished leaders in their respective fields will be celebrated and recognized for their outstanding contributions and achievements.
“We are pleased to be honouring such a distinguished group who have excelled in their respective areas and made significant contributions to their individual fields,” said Brulé. “We are particularly proud this year that four of the five honorees are Algonquin College graduates, which makes this celebration even more meaningful and memorable.”
Perth Campus ceremonies will take place on June 5 and Pembroke Campus ceremonies will occur on June 13. Ottawa Campus and AC Online Campus ceremonies will take place between June 17 and June 20.

School of Wellness, Public Safety and Community Studies
Peter Tilley, CEO, The Ottawa Mission

- 10,958 graduates eligible to attend
