Students integrate key business principles by developing a comprehensive business plan for a small business. Working in teams, they apply the 4 P s of the marketing mix (product, price, place, and promotion), human resources and financial management, and legal considerations to a practical business scenario. Students also plan effective location and facility strategies, evaluate core operations, and assess potential growth and exit strategies within the context of creating a workplace-ready business plan.
